What we do

Supporting Charities

At the Peace and Prosperity Trust, we believe in the power of music to bring people together and make a positive impact on society. That is why we work with talented artists and singers to raise awareness and funds for important causes.

We collaborate with musicians and visual artists to create unique events and campaigns that inspire people to take action. Whether it is a concert, an art exhibition, or a charity auction, our events always have a meaningful message behind them.

Through our partnerships with artists and singers, we have been able to raise significant funds for various causes, including education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, and environmental protection.

We believe that the music has the power to inspire change, and we are proud to work with artists who share our vision.

Together, we can make a difference and create a better world for all.

Charitable projects

At The Peace and Prosperity Trust, we are passionate about using the power of music to make a positive impact in the world. Our organisation was founded on the belief that everyone should have access to music, regardless of their background or circumstances.

We work towards this mission by engaging in a variety of charitable projects, both in the UK and in the Middle East. Our programmes focus on providing musical outreach to individuals from diverse backgrounds and supporting emerging artists and musicians.

Nurturing talent

We foster talent and create cultural bridges by supporting Emerging Artists from the Middle East and the West, and giving them platforms to develop their professional careers whilst encouraging musical and cultural exchange.
For that purpose, we offer two programmes to support talented emerging musicians, opera singers, and performing artists:

  • Our Artistic and Career Development Scheme: for UK-based Emerging Artists in need of professional opportunities, and who share our vision for cultural exchange.
  • Tomorrow’s Voices: our scholarship for Middle Eastern artists wishing to continue their musical education in the UK.

Artistic and Career Development scheme

We regularly hold auditions to recruit Emerging Artists to join our Artistic and Career Development Scheme.

Our Emerging Artists are selected for a 3-year period, during which they will have access to:

  • regular coaching and masterclasses with world-leading performers,
  • career development, branding and PR training from our in-house production team,
  • performance opportunities at events organised by the Trust.

We aim to help our Artists find their way into a competitive industry through the support of our wide network.

There is not an upper or lower age limit for the Scheme. However, applicants should bear in mind that the Scheme is intended to benefit extremely gifted individuals currently attending music conservatoire or at the start of their professional careers.

After 3 years, an Emerging Artist becomes part of our family of Established Artists – thus continuing to benefit from the Peace and Prosperity Trust’s network and support whenever they might need it.

Tomorrow’s Voices:
our scholarship programme

We believe that encouraging young talent from all cultures in working together, performing together and learning about each other’s music and cultures will help support tomorrow’s ambassadors for peace.

That is why, in line with The Peace and Prosperity’s strategic objectives of building cultural and musical bridges between the Middle East and the West and supporting young talent, we created Tomorrow’s Voices – a scholarship programme which offers two young musicians from the Middle East the chance to continue their musical education at the Royal College of Music, or one of the top UK music conservatoires, at Master’s level.

Commissioning New Work

We support Middle Eastern heritage composers to develop new music that will be given a platform at the Peace and Prosperity Trust and performed to a live audience.

We aim to encourage and support innovation and excellence within the music industry.

Promoting Concerts

The Peace and Prosperity Trust promotes and co-hosts 10-20 concerts a year with audiences of 500+.

We work closely with international producers including Ali Matar Management, Raymond Gubbay, Marsm Events and an array of festivals both here and in the Middle East.
